This unit is brand new, sealed in the original
box. The 3rd picture shown was taken two year ago on a demo. They look
"exactly" same except for the knobs and the drive tubes (old version
used 350B/6L6GC tube, but this amp uses 6SN7), I included because it also shows
a Dared VP-16 integrated amp side by
side (which is not included this auction). I included this picture to show you
how big this VP-845 amp is in comparison with a regular size of tube amp (the
VP-16 has similar size of the Cayin TA-30 or PrimaLuna). This masterpiece produces unbelievable sound! If

options on this amp if you like to add sub-woofer
outputs or/and add an option that allows you to switch to bypass the
preamp section to use as a pure power amp to connect to your own preamp (offering mods
adding these options under $100)!
VP-845 has a long history. Before been
introduced to North America in 2004, it had won several major awards in the
past (yes, were many years ago:
1) Grand award of "Year 1997 Praised by All (Expert Group)"
at 3rd International Audio Expo 1997 (click Ref 1 to see the certificates: right one at 5th
